The rooms were clean and quiet, and we enjoyed being close to local spots like the Wellington Golf Club and nearby parks. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly.

The only downside was the lack of basic amenities. We had to ask for toiletries daily, annoying.

the location of the hotel was favourable, in the middle of jackson. also, it was 15 min drive from chisholm trail museum. the breakfast had good choice of selection, the food was great.

I almost gave a good review, but couldn't after that horrid experience. The outside is downright embarrassing, like an abandoned restaurant. I also was promised a perfect room, yet the 'hotel' didn't even have a coffee maker! No phone in the room meant walking through icy walkways like i was on some scavenger hunt for the internet. So unprofessional!

The room was surprisingly spacious and immaculate! I loved having a fridge and microwave right there for snacks. The comfortable beds were a pleasant surprise too. The access from the toll road was straightforward and convenient for my travels.

Super clean and spacious rooms!

The room was huge and super clean! Loved having a fridge and microwave for snacks. Staff was really friendly and helpful when I left my phone behind. They even FedExed it to me, awesome! Only bummer was the breakfast situation. It wasn't available, kinda disappointing.
